Intelligent Parking Platform Based on Mechanical Parking System

The project is an innovation project for public service, combining mechanical parking and intelligent parking, which is based on the concept of "Renovation and Restoration". The concept of "Renovation and Restoration" refers to ecological restoration and urban restoration. Ecological restoration emphasizes the reuse of abandoned land and the expansion of green space. Urban renovation emphasizes the promotion of intensive mixed use of land and the overall construction of urban public facilities.
According to the different topographical conditions, human environment and urban design of each city, we select, design and build garages to solve the difficulty of parking in big cities. Meanwhile, we carry out ecological restoration of the city, improve the image of the city and alleviate traffic problems.
Due to the special topography of Chongqing, buildings usually have staggered entrances and exits. In the process of siting the public parking lot, the traffic organization is made use of the topographic height difference, which not only has the function of parking, but also effectively improves the connection between roads of different elevations and takes on part of the municipal traffic role.
For example, through the elevator of the mechanical garage for pedestrians, you can reach different floors or roads. Another scene is that the mechanical garage itself is designed to park and pick up the car at the entrances and exits on different floors, which saves the car owner from finding the car. Meanwhile, the garage can connect two roads of the same height at the same time, like a tunnel or bridge. Vehicles and pedestrians can pass through the garage, from one side of the overpass to the other side, providing a complementary channel for urban traffic and reducing the traffic pressure.
Through an APP, WeChat official account and web page, we have realized the real-time updating, query, booking, navigation and payment of parking resources. While optimizing the service, our business plan can maximize the utilization of parking resources and the profit of parking lot.
